We are run by Jesse and Ellen, a husband and wife duo who can't escape our love for making amazing coffee! The passion was ignited when we both worked in drive-thru espresso, but didn't stop there. We eventually left our coffee shop jobs, and no longer had access to free drinks. So we pooled together our Christmas money from both of our parents to purchase a home espresso machine. With our very own machine, we became obsessed with the coffee making process. Latte art came next, as our passion for perfecting the craft of making coffee continually progressed.

 

During this journey, we spent two years living in Tucson, Arizona. Our eyes were opened to the world of specialty coffee by a friend working at an amazing local coffee shop. We were also captivated by the extraordinary beauty of the desert landscapes. We found the Giant Saguaro cactus to be especially extraordinary, which is why we like to say "Make your event extraordinary"! Our time in Tucson was so defining for our coffee journey that we decided to name our coffee cart after the Saguaro Cactus.
